I saw this skin pop up a few times so I am re-posting it here to gain awareness!

This skin would be AMAZING for Leona. Especially if she had a stun-rod as her weapon.

Q Emits a static shock that stuns her opponents W Blue and Red lights go off on her shield (siren included) E Stun rod extends and zaps the targets in a line R Leona Calls in a helicopter that shines search lights down on a target location

What other thoughts do you guys have???

Why has this not happened? (Also for Braum) It would really be amazing and it fits so perfectly into their character.

I think the concept of Riot Braum would be better. Probably just because I'm biased towards him and he is one of my favorite champs I use constantly. Just thinking about him with the riot helmet and his huge shield being a riot shield would be amazing.

I remember being absolutely pissed when I saw this concept image, got all hyped...And then they announced fucking Kayle with an electric dildo.

It wasn't like she got a legendary skin not too long before that or anything.

For some stupid reason Riot hates making set skins for all lanes and jung. Look at every set and you will see everyone of them are missing a 5th guy.

Unfortunately as far as the riot squad skins go, the seem to only want to do one for each role. Cop Graves Chopper Kayle Police dog Nasus cop car Blitzcrank And the role for riot shield has been taken already Singed

I think that the w should have the lights but maybe something a little more because of the after effect aoe....im suggesting mabe also add in the static that you were talking about with her q but disapates when the w siren goes off then she does her aoe dmg?

For her shield there are special shields called stun shields that act like a tazer. They are clear with metal strips on it.

The real question is if Riot Girl Tristana counts as a Riot skin group member or not. If not, then full steam ahead for Riot Shield Leona. If she is, then you guys have a problem. Skin groups are limited to five members, if I recall correctly. Tristana, Nasus, Singed, Graves, and Blitzcrank.
