Making Remake For Trolls Too
So this is my first discussion post, I'm sorry in advance if it sucks or if it is worthy of posting on /r/cringeposts but here is my idea. I think that if /Remake was redone to counteract trolls as well, it would be better. There are some points to both sides, both positive and negative, but I think that the vast majority of 'good' players would benefit from this more than it would hurt. I will use personal examples... mind you I'm in the Silver/Bronze division of the world, so this is a regular occurrence for me :D

--- Two days ago... I had just joined into a queue with one of my friends to play some ranked. It was my first game of the day, and team comps were looking great. The only problem is our Leblanc had gotten angry in champion select. The fact that she didn't dodge gave me hope that she had gotten over it, but I was soon corrected. As soon as we got into the game, she said, "I know how all of this works, I don't want you to /Remake.", so she bought her items, walked out of base, and immediately left the game. This leave led us into 20 minutes of agony and arguing, followed by a surrender and the loss of 20Lp. My favorite.
--- Today, I had a Ryze in ranked, of course, who didn't talk in champ select, was first pick, and was jungle, both our top and mid wanted Ryze and were kinda angry that a lane Ryze had been taken out by jungle Ryze. I was pretty mad aswell, but I didn't say anything. When we got into the game, everyone was cool, but instead of walking to his Krugs or to Gromp, Ryze walked straight into Mid Lane, and gave up first blood to Rumble. This was followed by walking around for the next ten minutes of the game, handing out kills to all of the lanes and the enemy jungler. It was not even 15 minutes in and he had 12 deaths, wonderful. We lost if you didn't catch the moral of the last example.
My Idea for fixing this issue, because I know it doesn't just happen to me-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So my thought is, if you redid /Remake to where if you have a troll or an afk within the first 10 or 5 minutes of the game, this is just a rough thought out idea, that you could use /RemakeTroll or something to that effect. You could select the person who is trolling, and they would be left out of the poll, and you could vote to get a /Remake, but for trolls. This could have some adverse effects, just because of people who abuse the system, and play goody goody to the other team, but yell at you in team chat, but i think this could do a lot of good for the community.
TLDR: Changing the timer on /Remake for people who abuse the system, connect to the game and leave, leaving you stranded, unable to /Remake. And making a /RemakeTroll for someone who gets into the game and immediately starts to troll.
I think this could be very useful for people who don't want to sit through 20 minutes with no hope of winning, people who have a system abuser, and people who have trolls. That's my thoughts. Thanks for reading!
