(In my opinion) Lux and Gnar. Since Gnar has his mega form I think there are limitless possibilities for skins with update particle effects or legendaries. Lux's particle effects have been untouched by every skin out for her, and I think a Pulsefire Lux would be AWESOME.

Do you guys have any other champs you'd love to see specific skins for?

steel legion lux has particle effect, and we still need a mid laner and top laner ultimate skin. but steel legion is already blue so idk

I think it would be funny if Lux did a Carebear Stare! and a rainbow with little lucky charm particles shot from her belly.

Lux is in dire need of a new skin, but excessive armor is not the way to go for her. I'm personally hoping to see a Sailor Moon skin for her.
