Wacky waving inflatable arm flaling tube man

I think a champion that does no damage only CC is a good idea. Make the champion look like a dumb Wacky waving inflatable arm flaling tube man, Wacky waving inflatable arm flaling tube man, Wacky waving inflatable arm flaling tube man, that uses his arms to push single champions away(Q), bring target to you(w), binds or roots the target down by hugging them with his arms (e) but this give the opponent the opportunity to kill the Wacky waving inflatable arm flaling tube man [this spell should maybe be toggleable to give the champion uniqueness], and lastly his ult causes his arms to spin flailing around in a circle like garen but just push people away. I don't have an idea for passive.

I would like to see a champion to just do a silly push away mechanic. You don't like akali diving you, push far away.

TL;DR: gentle push champ that hugs brings friends together and pushes unfriendly people away and spin slapping flying people away. and a bear hug that puts him in danger but gives team an opportunity. He does no damage, doesn't need items, doesn't need damage. This is like a crazy loving hugging friendly champion who is nuts on the inside and is tall.
