Can riot create a page in client which can check user's skin collection?

I played league in cn server, and Tencent published a software called TGP( Tencent Games Platform). This software can not only check match historys but also buildings. But most important thing is, it can show played how many champs and skins they own. I mean, If one day I want to play the champ which has special skins, I'd happy if riot add this feature.
