Doesn't this defeat the purpose of the Noxus themed skin? For a while I've been contemplating how much a change in voice overs for that would instantly make it amazing. I'd buy it for a 1800+ Rito points.

When Noxus Poppy asks Garen to sign her shield, she meant with his face imprinted on it and when she apologies she doesn't mean it, also Noxians are heroes of their faction so the heroes/taunts/aggressive quotes make sense.(I agree, I would like her Noxian skin to have a more darker personality)

This is pretty good headcanon. I liked noxus poppy's original splash art because it was basically a recolor of her (also original) splash art, except she was smiling. I took that as meaning she wasn't happy being a 'good guy,' but did what she felt was right anyway, but in an alternate universe she sure enjoys being 'evil.' I mean she does smash people's heads in with a hammer....
