a legit ap carry?

I would like the idea of an autoattack centric champion, but build off of ap instead of ad.

Perhaps a passive that made bonus ad not added to autos, to make it an ap build?

kogmaw, teemo, kayle, varus, cassio, ryze...we already have some ap-carrys that focus on high dps in ~AA range. teemo and kayle are a bit shortranges, and varus isn't that great on ap, but Kog works extremly well on ap with as like nashors and gets insane dps later on while cassio and Ryze are two of the highest lategame-dps champs in the game, both with ~600 range on their main dps source.

Wouldn't mind morer magic-dps champs though

and can both be built as ap to some degree of success.
