I think a Jinx skin based on the Matrix would be amazing. Her Pow Pow could shoot bullets that looked distorted and bended and flew around in her shooting area, Her Fishbones could shoot rockets that had a trailing to them, making it look like the slow motion bullets for the Matrix. She could be wearing a black robe and sunglasses and have taunts like "There is no spoon." Her back animation could also be her fading into code, then reappearing from code into the base.

I didn't like this idea simply because her personality didn't feel like a good fit into a Matrix theme until I thought about her Back animation including her answering a ringing black phone to disappear into glyphs...that fits both the Matrix and her zany personality at once. I could totally see Jinx answering a phone on the battlefield.
