The belt is weird I understand what riot was going for along the lines of some traditional garb.

However, currently the look it gives off is frankly off putting; in my opinion its just to big. I know im behind from when they were talking to the community about fixing issues like this, but this was addressed and not dealt with. I mean its big but its not that egregious. Riot usually doesn't make these minor of subjective changes this late after a skin's release. It also wouldn't really be fair to those who already bought the skin.

They were clearly going for the orochimaru's purple belt type of thing. and it's the first thing i noticed after skin reveal. So far,it's his best skin. and i own it so ion complain.
