Senka, Queen of the shadow isles

I doubt riot will actually look at this post, but I wanted to throw an idea out there for a new champion. Her lore would be based around the shadow isles and loosely affiliated with Zed's lore, Mainly the box that gave Zed his powers. She also has unique interactions with Zed, commenting on the box not being his.

Passive: The Shadows are Power- For every ability that Senka successfully uses on minions or enemy champion she gains shadow power( this replaces her mana bar) when she has full shadow power her next ability deals double the damage

Q: Shadows Embrace- If shadows embrace hits a target affected by dark tidings, its damage is now done instantly and the Damage over Time effect is refreshed.( hits in a wide fan shape)

W: Shadow Veil- Senka melts into the shadows breifly becoming invisible and gaining movement speed. If she reappears next to an enemy champion shadowy tendrils grasp the target slowing them.

E: Dark Tidings- Senka calls forth Shadow ravens(untargetable) that continuously attack the target( damage applied over time)

R: Shadow Martyr- Senka takes on her true form as a shadowy apparition controlling all shadows even ones that aren't her own. Senka picks a targeted enemy champion and turns them into her shadow puppet( similar to mordekaiser's ult except the target is alive and not dead). While the affected champion is being controlled Senka cannot move, but may move the enemy around. Allied turrets will view the champion as an enemy and prioritize attacking them over minions. Once Shadow Martyr ends the affected target will take additional damage based on a percentage of Senka's ability power.

I haven't decided what to make her scaling be like, but if anyone has suggestions feel free to add your input. In terms of looks, she looks similar to Lady Sylvannas except she has no bow and she doesn't have the hood she has a crown with dark colored horns on it instead. http://wownomicon.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/sylvanas.png

I linked a picture that gives people an idea, only difference is she has jet black hair instead of the blonde and the cape that she has does not have a hood like i mentioned above.
