Taric needs a second effect to the stun

I have been a Taric main (after rework) for as long as I can remember and I love his e stun that goes in a straight line in front of him and I think that he could a second part of it where the enemy would take a bit more damage from you're adc. like a little effect where they would be covered in crystals and anyone on your team can shatter it for a little extra magic damage. I would love to see this is game but it might not ever happen b/c Taric is already a really strong Support as is but if they ever needed to give him a buff I would love to see this and yes I already know this exists on ornn but he looks more of a top lane tank bruiser then a support and I just like Supports better. he does look loads of fun tho.

nah taric is fine if not a little over bearing right now due to how he can make his allies and himself more durable and have a bit of damage for building tank specifically armor

As much i find Taric lacking something , i think copy and paste Leona passive into his E would be a poor choice. But if you use the old idea of his W skill named Shatter, if you hit a stun, and your bastion targetted allies you would reduce flat armor/magic resist or a small % it would be a nice add up to Taric, but nothing to big, because he is already better than he used to be.
