An assassin who would never part with her humanity becoming a robot that has nothing in common with her personality? Dont use BS with bilgewater... The harbor is close to Noxus and Katarina could of ewnt and used that outfit. Shurima is under Noxian control so she can go to the deserts too. Halloween is most likely a holiday in Noxus specifically, so kitty is normal too. High command could be her war outfit. Warring kingdom is easily an outfit for her trips to Ionian... While Project is literally NOTHING... So my logic is pure and you're just trying to make stupid excuses to make me be "bad" yet again. And just because there's close minded people like you, that's why I get a mass of downvotes.

My word isn't the Holy Bible. But a majority of the things I said about Katarina turned out to be pretty much true. Confirmed with inside information as I got few friends working there. Next. If you took the time to actually read about the point of creating a Esports Skin, you would see that it is not part of the usual skin line up. They did the same with Ahri when she received two skins in 2015. Stop whining.
