An ability that can deny the enemies' benefits to debuffed enemy
Hello, this is my ever first post after I have requested my idea to Riot Support ticket. After I got respond (not from Riot employee), Riot developer team does not read Support ticket because it was concept/creation. So, I have came with an idea after playing League of Legends since season 4.
As I have played many games, I have seen a lot of champions that can give friendly allies heals, shields, and any form of utilities to help them fight against enemy team. For example,
can give Black Shield to friendly ally for crowd control immunity and magic damage shield for few seconds of duration.
can either cast her W, polymorph, onto her ally for movement speed-buff or turn an enemy into squirrel or cupcake. New reworked
can cast her ultimate on herself or an ally with invincibility while dropping heavenly swords from the sky as area-of-effect.
My idea is that combine
's Black Shield and
's Polymorph together to form an ability that can prevent an enemy from receiving benefits from its allies such as shields, heals, and invincibility. I just think that why didn't Riot ever create an ability that can prevent an enemy from receiving buffs from its allies.
I would say that this ability can be named as "curse" or "debuff" because it prevents you from receiving heals, shields, and any outside source of buffs from friendly allies. For instance, you can "curse" enemy
from receiving enemy
's ultimate to expose enemy
vulnerable when he jumps into your team because enemy
does not have any protection (or invincibility) to cheat death.
Another example could be denying enemy
from receiving any benefits from enemy
because enemy
cannot cast her W, shield, and ultimate on enemy
to protect him from your team engage for kill. Enemy
will feel helpless as you deny her from helping enemy
from surviving your team's engage.
About the balancing the game if this ability was implemented into the game, I think it should not prevent every benefits existed in the game. I have not decided if this ability point-and-clicks or casts skill shot onto enemy. I don't know if this ability should be regular ability or ultimate in order to balance out in laning phase. Well, I may not be much of a game developer, but I think there should be an ability like this to reduce outplay potential or deny aids that an enemy gets from its friendly allies.
I believe that this ability can be overpowered in pro-level because professional gamers depend on protecting their carries with heals and shields or giving good buffs like MS or damage amplifier like

. Also, this ability does not deny benefits onto linked enemy. For example, you can still debuff the enemy, but if this enemy was linked by

, then you cannot prevent

from casting W shield or receiving Cosmic Radiance onto his new ally, but you just cannot prevent an enemy from receiving all the
's abilities if that enemy was already linked before you have cast an ability onto that enemy.
Simple term: You cast a debuff to an enemy in form of
's Black Shield to deny benefits that "debuffed" enemy gets from its friendly allies.
