[Champion Concept/Design] Jennifer, The Blood Maiden
#This will be my first Champion Concept that I post here, so sorry if this isn't as detailed or as clean as other concepts.
Name: Jennifer, Scyphon (Her weapon)
Role/Position: Assassin - Mid/Jungle
Theme/Fantasy: Vampire Assassin, uses a mix of Blood magic and a deadly Scythe.

Jennifer does not use Mana, instead she uses a portion of her HP for her abilities.
#Abilities
Passive - Ravenous Slayer:
Start the game with an empty Blood-Crystal in your inventory. Damaging enemy champions with spells and earning takedowns fills your Blood-Crystal. When the Blood-Crystal is fully stacked, it will link with Scyphon and transform into The Syphoning Blade.
Damage to champions: 1 stack Takedowns: 5 stacks Total stacks needed: 200
The Syphoning Blade:
5 × lvl AD (5-90 AD) 20 Lethality 10% CDR
Unique Passive - Bloodthirsty: Your spells no longer cost HP. Damage dealt by spells to champions heal you for 10 × lvl (10-180) + 40% bonus AD per hit.
Unique Active - Maniac: For the next 3 seconds gain 20% increased movespeed towards enemy champions and ignore 11 + 1% per lvl (12-30%) armor. Getting a takedown while active extend the duration by 3 seconds. (90 seconds cooldown.)
Q - Siphoning Slash:
Slash Scyphon in front of you and shoot out a wave of blood that damages enemies hit. After a delay the blood flies back, doing extra damage and heals based on enemies hit.
Cost: 5% current HP Outgoing damage: 15/25/35/45/55 + 50% bonus AD Return damage: 45/75/105/135/165 + 90% bonus AD Total max damage: 60/100/140/180/220 + 140% bonus AD Heal: 3/6/9/12/15 + 15% bonus AD per enemy hit (return part only). Delay: 0.6 seconds after reaching max range Range: 850 Cone angle: 15° Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds
W - Swarm Flight:
Root yourself in place. While rooted, you control a swarm of bats and gain damage reduction. The swarm is untargetable and can fly over walls. When the duration ends or the ability is recast, blink to the current location of the swarm. Cannot cast spells or attack when active, but hard CC does not cancel its effect.
Cost: 15% current HP Duration: 3/3.5/4/4.5/5sec Damage reduction: 10/15/20/25/30% Swarm speed: 370/390/410/430/450 Cooldown: 26/24/22/20/18 seconds
E - Thrust of Malice:
Dash and strike forward, dealing damage and slowing the first enemy hit. If cast through or near a wall, the damage and range increases. Cooldown resets on takedowns.
Cost: 5% current HP Damage: 50/80/110/140/170 + 90% bonus AD Wall bonus damage: Increased by 30/35/40/45/50% (65/108/154/203/255 + 117/121.5/126/130.5/135% bonus AD) Slow: 30/35/40/45/50% for 1.5sec Range: 650 Wall bonus range: +350 (1000 total) Cooldown: 15/13.5/12/10.5/9 seconds
R - Desire of the Maiden:
Throw a Blood Scyphon made out of blood in a straight line, damaging all enemies in its path. The Blood Scyphon stays at its end location. Champions and Epic Monsters struck by the Blood Scyphon bleed some Blood. After a 1 second delay, the Blood from all targets hit fly towards you, gaining the ability to recast for 4 seconds.
When recast, fly rapidly as a bat swarm towards the Blood Scyphon, letting it explode and dealing massive AoE damage based on the amount of Blood collected.
Cost: Free Throw damage: 50/125/200 + 60% bonus AD Explosion damage: 150/225/300 + 80% bonus AD Explosion damage increase: 20% per Blood target. Range: 1250 Explosion AoE: 550 Cooldown: 130/100/70 seconds
