Richter The Loving Widower (WIP)

(This is a heavy Work in Progress, I'd love to hear feedback and maybe some suggestions to help be out. I'm a bit stumped with the lore, but I've gotten the character interactions down I'm just in the process of putting them all down. Any other help, maybe on character design or just general ideas on the matter. I'd love to hear them. This is what I have so far.)

Richter the Loving Widower

-Lore: Insert something about Evelynn and many dead wives here. Maybe connections to Zaun(?)

Abilities -

P - Warm Heart - While around allies increase damage healed from heals based on number of teammates around Richter.

Q - Painful Love - Cast upon enemy champion. Damage inflicted on targeted enemy heals nearest allied champion for a percent of the damage dealt. If cast on ally, Damage on ally is reduced by a percentage and mitigated to Richter

W - Companies Embrace - Passively stack charges when attacking the same target with an ally, upon reaching ( ) charges, stun the target on next auto. If cast, reduce charges to zero and apply a slow based on charges for ( ) Seconds

E - Undying Compassion - Reduce damage taken by () percent, based on health percentage, for a set time. If Richter dies within this case time, allies within the area are healed for ( ) and gain a slight boost in Armor and Magic resist for a few seconds.

R - Till Death Do us Part - Richter links himself with an Enemy champion, sharing any damage inflicted to either of them between the two champions for a few seconds. If the enemy champion dies before Richter, Richter and nearby allies are healed for ( ), based on the enemy champions max health. If Richter himself dies before the enemy champion, nothing happens.

Ahri (Enemy) - No, I don’t trust you.

• I’ve had my heart broken a few too many times to be charmed by you, Fox.
• Don’t think you can charm me with those looks.

Alistar (Enemy)

• Etch, … Who let my Ex in here. Oh wait, you’re just a normal cow.
• Marge, is that you? Oh, haha, it can’t be.

Amumu (Enemy)

• So sad to think that no one loves you.
• You know, sometimes it’s okay to be lonely, but in your case, it doesn’t look like you have a choice.
• Are you one of my wives back from the dead? I thought I was rid of you!

Annie (Enemy)

• Where is your mother, don’t you know it’s past your bedtime.
• You’re not here to tell me you’re my daughter are you? I’ll tell you like I told the others, You aren’t related, not looking like that.
• Tibbers? Is that your imaginary friend?
• Still looking for your bear? Good luck.

Ashe (Enemy)

• Oh, quite the looker aren’t you.
• I hope your heart isn’t as cold as your arrows. (Ally)
• So, Ashe,... are you doing anything later?
• You know, it isn’t every day you get someone as beautiful as you on their team.
