Varea, the younger sister of both Cyd and Neote, is on the hunt for the child who slaughtered her elder brothers. The man who had murdered her brothers haunted her every dream for months to pass - though she tried - She failed to free herself from him, his bloodied smile as he ravished in the crimson rain that bloomed from her fallen brother’s body... Searching for answers to her questions, she learned of the Temple from a man who narrowly escaped Vladimir’s terrifying grasp.

Though the temple was abandoned, Varea searched it and happened upon a room which contained nothing more than a desk, a chair, a pen and a scattered pile of papers. Sifting through the papers, Varea discovered the source of Vladimir’s powers, she gathered these vital documents and returned to Noxus. She sought out, not one, but five mages and scholars who were previously tasked with finding the outlaw. They formulated a deal, In exchange for these rare documents and magic theory, they would provide her with the same magic Vladimir possesses. The five of them agreed to take on the task, with the pursuit of knowledge and the chance to rid the world of the evil that bloomed from it.

Now, years later, Varea steps into the league of legends seeking nothing more than to slaughter a certain someone.

Abilities P: Bloody Empowerment +Varea absorbs her enemies blood empowering her. Varea consumes stacks in order to use her abilities.

=Varea collects blood from her opponent. Each stack grants 0.5 ability power and 1 attack damage. Stacks to 100. (max stack: 50AP + 100 Attack Damage)

Varea consumes 5 stacks every 2 seconds if she is below 60% Health. She gains +5 hp regen per second

Q: Vital Absorption +She absorbs her opponent's blood. Every two hits grant one stack of Bloody Empowerment.

=Every second attack deals bonus magic damage equal to (+115% Ability Power)(+45% Attack Damage). Hitting monsters and minions grants 2 stacks while hitting enemy champions grants 4 stack of Bloody Empowerment. This ability lasts for 10 seconds. Stack Cost: 0 Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/13 seconds Duration: 10seconds

W: Bloody Shell +Varea fades into shadows leaving behind a blood-shaped shell of herself. The shell falls into which ever direction she is moving. Breaking free of her shell, she removes slows and gains movement speed.

= Varea turns invisible for 3 seconds leaving behind a clone made of blood which falls into the direction she is moving after 0.5 seconds. Removes slows. Grants +25% Movement speed

Stack Cost: 20 Stacks. Cooldown: 8/7/6/6/6 Seconds Duration: 2/2/3/3/3 Seconds

E: Anesthesia +Varea slows her targets attack speed if she is visible. If she is invisible her target will be slown.

= Varea slows the blood in her target's limbs, slowing their attack speed by 35% for 3 seconds. If Varea is invisible her target loses 40% Movement Speed for 2 seconds.

R: Siphon Weave +Wrapping the enemy in her excess blood, she strangles her target and deals massive magic damage. If she is invisible when she uses this ability it will sap health equal to a percentage of her ability power.

=Using her excess blood, she strangles her target for 1.2 seconds and deals 500 magic damage(+70% of her ability power as bonus magical damage. Varea will also be immobilized for its duration.

=If used while invisible, Varea will deal 550 magic damage and also siphon health equal to 120% of her current ability power. She can still attack and use other abilities for its duration.

Varea prefers to wear darker clothing, light leathers and silks to help allow her swift movement.

Dark Brown leather pants, with a Red crimson silk sash which serves to hide her utility belt, daggers, and pouches. She wears a silk long sleeved top, tight on her shoulders and stomach but loose sleeves to allow her free movement. She wears a hooded cloak which matches her dark brown leather pants.

Her hair is short, only being long enough to hide her ears. She also has a rugged look, as if her equipment has been well used.

She wears high top, military grade leather boots to give her traction and mobility in most all situations and environments.

Her combat stance is with one dagger in each hand, her right hand dagger is upright while she holds her left handed dagger I reverse, keeping the back of its blade near her forearm. Whenever she has collected blood via her passive, the blood will collect along the edge of her blades and create tendrils which flow around her arms like ribbons.

~AP Tank may be one of the weaker builds for Varea, but her mobility will allow otherwise, as well as the Lifesteal/Attack Speed will help to give some sustain.

Natural tankiness would greatly improve an AP Tank Varea because you would be allowed to build her more of an APC build while still being somewhat tanky.

Now, there are two ways to build Varea. Varea can be built pure AP/Attack Speed (with a decent amount of Tankiness.) She would also make a good AD/AP Hybrid, or even an AP Tank.

Life Steal and especially Spell Vamp are both extremely useful to Varea, considering her auto attacks deal magic damage and ultimate can heal as well as deal heavy damage. So why not heal yourself for even more?

Attack speed is essential, because if you wish to use your abilities, you'll need to stack your blood. Which requires using your Q to passively stack your Bloody Empowerment. This compensates for the low cooldowns, but once Varea has enough attack speed and sustain to stand and fight, she won't be too much use in battle other than a cleaner, A natural level of tankiness would do her wonders.
