New champion concept: The Dimensional Shifter

Another champion concept coming through. I know no one ever is nowhere near interested in these, but still someone ends up here one way or another. So I guess it's worth putting this here again.

What really was fun about this champion concept, was that her original title was "the void shifter." Then new Malzahar happened and I had to change it. This doesn't sound as poetic but nothing really is finished until Riot gets its hands to it.

So, primarily i've read many things in Riot's discussion forums and that kind of sides that what we need is a champion, who is able to do something in almost every possible situation if enough mechanical skill is possessed. Much like Lee Sin you know. So, I accepted the challenge and created a champion concept that is at least meant to be mechanically pretty hard and many-sided. As expected, she is an assassin, but there aren't too many of them in League, are there? Anyhow: an assassin it is? Yes. Mechanically hard champion? I hope so. Able to do many different decisions to change the game in its different phases? Most likely.

Mel’Avre

The dimensional shifter

Primary: Assassin

Passive: Corrupting touch

Mel’Avre consentrates the essence of void that can be manipulated by her other abilities. If she touches the enemy five (5) times with the essence or her own body within 6 seconds, she corrupts them for 6 seconds, applying a decaying slow of 25/30/35/40% (levels 1/6/11/16) for 3 seconds. She also deals damage. While corrupted, if Mel’Avre is able to touch the enemy three more times, she reaps the enemy’s soul, dealing huge damage on proc and stunning the enemy for 1 second as well as resetting her basic cooldowns. Mel’Avre cannot apply stacks for 10 seconds after this. (Works like Oriannas ball)

Q: Mel’Avre uses her powers to move the essence of the void to target place, dealing damage and applying a stack of corruption to enemies on its way. Short cooldown

W: The essence of the void is overcharged for 6 seconds. During this time, enemy champions who touch the essence are taunted to attack it. The essence needs three basic attacks to be destroyed. (Melee attacks against the essence give a stack of corruption.) If a taunted enemy hits the final blow to the essence, 12/14/16/18/20% of its movement speed is siphoned by Mel’Avre and damage is dealt to them. (As a possible addition her Q:s cooldown would reset as well (NOTE: just an idea)) Mediocre cooldown

E: Phase surge Mel’Avre opens a short portal between a range of 400-500 units and travels through it, becoming invulnerable briefly while performing a dimensional slash. Enemies between the portals take damage and one corruption stack is applied to them. If the essence of the void is crossed with this skill, it emits an explosion that deals same effects, but in a larger area. Short-mediocre cooldown

R: Void dash Mel’Avre dissolves and surges to her essence of void, dealing damage to enemies she passes through and applying a stack of corruption. Mel’Avre is targetable, but immune to cc while dashing. This skill is available at level 1. No cost. 2 second cooldown.

And here we are (if we are). If you managed to get down here, I graciously thank you for showing interest towards Mel'Avre. She surely is a pretty complicated champion is her own way, is she? Now, to the hardest part in creating a champion concept: getting (constructive) feedback. So please, I would pretty much appreciate some feedback. If nothing else, please at least answer to my poll.
