With the mass texture rebalance, Riot did their best to simplify skins and textures to make the game run smoother on the new map. That is all well and good, but instead of just simplifying my favourite skin in league, they took out textures, added new textures and changed colours of multiple parts of her outfit. The new pieces don't fit in with the rest of her outfit, her body instead of being a vibrant pink colour is a dirty peach, they took out all of the black and most of the teal from her skirt and ball, and they simply ruined the old skin.

I'm wondering if there's anyway Riot can simplify this skin without completely changing it.. this is the only skin that I see that they did that to, everything else was just simplified. Riot.. please.

I basically cannot see a differences unless I open then in side-by-side windows while consulting your list of grievances. Please consider the possibility that you are being over-sensitive on this issue.

Correction: The new texture makes her ball looks a bit smoother and her face look better.

I went back and forth between the two images, and even with the list of grievances, I can't see what the difference is. I'll take the OP's word that with in game lighting the colors might be a bit off, and maybe that's something that will autocorrect/look better once the new SR drops. As far as I'm concerned there is no significant difference between the two.

They changed the colour of her skirt to mostly white, they took out different patterns in her skirt and replaced them with the dotted white pattern. They also changed her chest to a much more dull colour, and they changed her arms to a different colour and pattern. Her skirt doesn't match with her chest, and her chest doesn't match with her hair..

It's fine if you don't think that there's much of a difference, but for someone that mains Orianna and it being my favourite skin, they definitely changed it to a horrifying level.

All of Sona's skins were ruined too. I think Riot is using simplicity as an excuse to downsize the skins department and make lay-offs.

I personally love the new Sewn Chaos look, I just wish the hair wasn't as purple/neon. I love the work on the body parts and fabric textures. The only thing that bothers me is the ball missing the stitches :(

She's not nearly as dark as she used to be, she looks more like a carnival worker than a voodoo doll. :/

I wasn't around when this skin was released, but was she supposed to be a voodoo doll? Or maybe a toy doll? Since Orianna is created in the image of a man's lost daughter, I always thought this skin was intended to make her into a toy, or a child's doll. Hence the bright teal and pink. There was never anything that said voodoo to me about the skin, so I think maybe you may have misinterpreted it? Or maybe we just have differing opinions...idk, I think it suits the skin more now, personally.
