funny skins

So personally, I enjoy seeing new meme/funny skins come out such as the recent Birdio skin, and I would like to see more coming. For more examples of what I consider "funny", there's Moo cow Alistar , Pugmaw , Candy King Ivern , Snowmerdinger , The definitely not set , The master chef set , The cottontail set , and some of the pool party set . I love how you clang your bell on MOO COW Alistar especially.

Anyways, my question is - which champions do you think should get these sort of "funny" skins as well? I'm thinking some of the more serious champions should get funny skins, just like Galio. Maybe Cho'gath could get a skin that made him a bit less menacing, or you could get Talon to shoot out something funny instead of being so serious for w.
