I don't understand how that picture relates to Shaco at all. It looks like a metal Locust from Gears. Can you expand on that thought?
That being said, the Update team already has Shaco in their grasp (though it sounds like they're unsure of what they're doing with him yet).
Nice idea, but how is that shaco? Where's the smile, at least? 
make this skin is the best for shaco as project or mecha!!!
