Raijin & Fujin Concept

What Does the community think of champs based of these guys? We have Raijin, God Of Lightning And Thunder and Fujin, God Of Wind.

the scheme doesnt need to be the one in the above picture.

My idea was Raijin be a new type of mid laner and I thought "AP bruiser" Lightning as resource, generated, MOST OF THESE ABILITIES PROBABLY HAVE COOLDOWNS OR A COST SO THEY WONT BE OP. The Drum shaped things seen in the pictures above are his passive, filling gradually and charge from basic attacks, or something to the effect. Each charge can either be some sort of awesome damage boost or shield or some kind of effect, I'm making this up as i go. Passive charges lose power quickly if not in combat. Q:Boop!: Become Lightning, strike any area within x range(preferably short range), stun if within x range of attack, slow if out of stun range. You can Boop 3 times before it goes on cool down, only one stun per target every 6 secs, each boop increases the next boops damage and decreases the CD of Boop for consecutive plays. to separate good raijins from the bad. W: passive: when not on cool down each charge of your passive grants you some sort of defense buff Shields,regen,armor,MR Active:Embrace of lighting, you become lightning and everything takes X magic damage within x radius and gain lightning charges quicker. E:Consume Fury!: Channeled: Consume all lightning charges, each charge consumed increases your damage and health based on max AP and Health. NO CD R: GODS WRATH: Lightning charges are over flowing for duration of ultimate, like so many. Consume fury is now instant and causes and AOE thunder shout when used causing X damage. Embrace of lightning becomes Thunder gods armor, Raijin envelopes himself in a lightning shield that takes x damage, when it breaks it explodes for true damage, STILL NO CD Finally Boop becomes BOOP two, Boop two is just a bigger boop. that hurts. ALOT.
