Anybody know how many total skins exist in the game?

Including the unavailable ones like King Rammus, Triumphant Ryze, Black Alistar, etc. and all limited/legacy skins as well.

I can't seem to find any official source on it, but there is this guy who claims to have every skin: http://www.elophant.com/league-of-legends/summoner/euw/35509316/skins

That guy must be incredibly rich and cocky. I had a cousin like that, who spent $300 a month (always his MOM'S money) on MAPLESTORY. Like, mother of Urgot, why? What are you trying to accomplish???
