I'm currently looking for a list of skin ideas to make for Soraka. If you have any suggestions, do tell! (or if there's something I mention below you think would work well for her, tell me, too) What I haven't done yet that I can think of are in the poll.
Something inspired by white mages or summoners from the FF series would fit her. I think Silent Night Soraka would be nice and would go with Silent Night Sona. French Maid Soraka might work. I'm kind of surprised riot hasn't done Nurse Soraka with a Caduceus staff.
The question is why isn't Nurse Soraka 
a skin yet...

As someone who's mained Soraka for a long time on multiple accounts, here's my input;
Cosmic is too close to her default skin and lore, it wouldn't be very hypey. Sweetheart could be nice. Winter, Rainy day, or any other weather related skin could be sick. Don't think Academy would do her any good. Pajama party could be a fun skin to do on her. As much as I love the Arcade skin line I also don't think it fits her, and "Devil" is too vague of a name or subject to have a more definitive idea of what that'd be like with her. I don't think Lotus would look too great considering she has Order of the banana, looks too similar and in some cases IS.
Personally, I feel it's time she gets a really nice Legendary skin.
Some brainstorming? A deep sea Soraka, Elementalist Soraka (all 4 skills can be a different element). Even a really cool Marauder Raka skin that gives you a very "War in the North: Lord of the Rings" feel. And yes, even the Nurse/Ambulance Soraka would make for an amazing legendary skin.
Everyone gets on me about this type of topic because she does in fact have a ton of skins, but not a ton of QUALITY skins. Personally I only like Reaper, Program, and SG and the rest for me aren't very great.
