[Champ Concept] TOX

Although not as detailed as others, my hope is that some of you may find inspiration from this champion to produce a more refined/detailed version of this Champion. I think this raw version has some potential and I know that this community has some very experienced and creative individuals that can make this shine.

Brief background: After a nuclear event, Tox’s skin melted into a burnt grey sludge. There are glowing green pockets of radioactive essence infused all over Tox’s body. His friends and family don’t know this monster and are afraid of this abomination. With nothing else to live for, Tox seeks revenge on those responsible for taking everything from him.

Passive – Radioactive Skin: Radioactive skin causes nearby enemies to have 2% reduced armor and magic resist each second stacking up to 5 times for a total of 10% reduction. Tox takes reduced damage from rift herald and baron.

Q – Blast: Active – Tox erupts a radioactive pocket hitting all enemies directly in front of him for 55/75/95/115/135 damage.

W – Self-Preservation: Active – Tox’s skin hardens shielding him for 5 seconds. He consumes 6% of the current shields strength each second and gains health equal to the amount consumed.

E – Formless: Tox deconstructs his body and seeps into the cracks on the ground then reforms himself out of the ground at a target location. When Tox reforms, he creates a pool of sludge on the ground which reduces enemy movement speed.

R – Vile Aura/Toxic Bomb: Passive – Tox’s nuclear body causes nearby enemies take radioactive damage each second which ramps up every second the longer enemies stay within range for [1/3/5/7] to [5/10/15/20] after 5 seconds. Enemies that leave Vile Aura’s range while at max stacks continue to take damage every second while the stacks ramp down. Active – The radioactive pockets on Tox’s skin pulse with energy with increasing intensity. After 1.5 seconds the pockets explode dealing 100/190/280/370 radioactive damage to all nearby enemies, applying max stacks of Vile Aura.

Build/Playstyle: Tox excels at sustained team fights, allowing him to apply debuffs and damage to enemies which ramps up during the team fight. Defensive items are imperative for Tox to incorporate in his build in order to withstand the punishment from the enemy team.

Cool idea however I think like tahm kench his shield should not give full health back if he heals from it, and his ult should do little to no damage to minions when its passive is on due to the fact that he would have a ridiculous clear, and pushing power with sunfire/cinderhulk
