Update for recent pbe changes: Good job :) The minor fixes in the splash art made a decent amount of difference. I'd still like the chin to be a bit smaller in said splash, but it's definitely tolerable (for me) now. The models are all improved from the facial standpoint, but I feel that her royal guard is just forever lost. The new design removed the one thing that set it apart which was the fact that she wore boots and leggings instead of leg armor. It definitely looks nicer now without so much bright gold though.

Original post: I've never been one to complain about art on league. The old splash art looks outdated, but that's fine because the models make up for it. The new splash art IMO has been amazing. Ahri, Tristana, and Katarina all look really good and like actual upgrades. There will always be backlash on art changes because people grow attached to them and can't see themselves using a new one. However, none of the splashes have changed the character negatively before this. Trist looks cuter and more yordle like with new colors and shading, kat looks more deadly and...sinister with more action in her splash, but fiora?

Her overall redesign is actually really good looking. The new outfits are pretty great in all regards, but what is up with her face? It went from being short, round and soft to long, pointy, and harsh. This translates directly to her model. The clothes look fresh and vivid, but her model's face looks like a triangle, her nose is extremely long, and she feels completely different. I honestly feel that with a few changes to her face and possibly her hair, she would look a bit more familiar while still feeling fresh.

I get the face change. Nobility, pompousness - I totally get it.

But the model is boring. So boring. Old Fiora was full of elegance and flair, whilst new Fiora is plain and bland. The cape is no longer three-pronged, the hair is no longer asymmetrical (and lacks vibrancy), the jacket's gone; the metal's gone. Huge cliche fantasy pauldron.

I don't mind facial structure shifts. I don't mind costume shifts. But Fiora's face, hair and costume all seem... less interesting. Less eye-catching. Less intimidating and, indeed, less elegant than her former iteration.

Some decorative features could solve this. And, of course, a model change in regards to her triangle face. I'm not entirely sure why it looks that bad in-game. Doesn't resemble the splash at all. Just weird. :P

I like it to be honest. I see what you're saying and I get it but I'm sure if you give it time it will grow on you. The only thing I really miss is the hair fringe covering her eye and the three stringed cape.
