Jinx Rework ?

I am pretty sure someone have come up with this idea before but i really couldn't find a serious post to link up with mine.

So what i am saying is, riot actually kinda made jinx's ultimate kinda not as good as it should be making the one feared Boom Girl, someone that is ehh.. a little too not so much scary and explosive. So what i am suggesting is, Riot should rework Jinx's abilities.

Like Jinx should be able to ride her ultimate Missile , as its in the Jinx song. You could lower the damage a little bit if you really want and the cool-down can be longer. Since if jinx can ride her missile she could get there to the victim and use her other abilities to make sure the victim is really gonna die instead of them saying "oh , i think a mosquito bit me" and run away laughing out loud in all chat.

if you think thats OP, you could also make jinx's missile damage her self if she is riding it . so she wil have to jump off the missile before it hits.

what do you think guys? Thoughts? just an idea here
