New Adc

Well as for the stats and all idk. But I just want to give an idea for a character. This new character could be an Adc. It can be a male child around Annie's age and height. He could use a slingshot as a weapon. That's what I've been thinking. Having a kid adc with a slingshot. He could be a bursting adc like ezreal or graves. I know I'm missing a lot of information but I please don't post rude comments.
