Champion Idea

Dear Riot Hello there i wanted to give you guys an idea for your next champion i don't have a name for him but for now i will call him Knight of Atlantic His attacks are kinda based on water life For example his q it becomes a swordfish and it gives him attack speed and more crit chances i think you guys could come out with how much he gets. His W gives him two little blue sharks and its name for this move is called dual wielding this will give him i want to say 10% more armor pent and 10% magic pent or if its to much we can keep just the armor pent. His E will be a hammerhead shark it will lower his attack speed but give him more armor and magic resist. His R will be called the sea storm he summons a wave around him in a small area that does damage to enemies near him it lowers the cooldown of all his abilities He is friends with bard,jarvan the 4, and yasuo and enemies with tahm kench,darius, and firoa His appearance i don't know actually he could be like half man half fish or just a fish man thing
