New champ idea Slumber.

I am thinking of a new support champion idea that has powers over sleep.She might have a lore that she is the embodiment of dreams and a long time ago, children prayed to her for good dreams and she would respond. But then she is forgotten and went into hybernation. Then, the rune wars started and she woke. She then discovered that there is constant war. She then joins the league of legends in hope to bring peaceful (or not so peaceful) sleep once again.

I also thought of ideas for Slumber's abilities Passive-Sleep vibe: Slumber has an aura that reduces enemy units that are below 30% hp in her passive range to become drowsy for sleep and has atkspeed and movement speed slowed (not much slow I was thinking of 5% slow and reduced atkspeed) Q- Alertness: Slumber blesses an allied champion with alertness, granting 10% movement spd and atkspeed for lets say 5 seconds. W- Nightmare: Slumber sends a nightmare that fears and deals dmg to enemies affected by her passive E- Drowsiness: Slumber gains increased passive stacks (debuffs increased to 10% and applies to enemies below 80% hp) for lets say 10 secs ( could be used with w). R- Eternal sleep: Slumber sends everything(except herself) in a targeted location to sleep (stunned). Allies are blessed with dreams and are healed while enemies have nightmares and take damage. during this time Slumber is rooted because she is concentrating really hard.

Gameplay: Slumber would be a support that is kinda like Sona but relies on a good adc to deal dmg. She needs her adc to get the enemies below 80% hp to be able to deal dmg to enemies. Her ult would be game changing but might get her killed if used under the turret or something. Her poke combo is E-W. Slumber would be awesome in teamfights because of her passive that allows her team to pick off enemies that are low hp and chase 'em down.

Soooo, this is the champion I thought of for fun. I hope this tread gets popular and then some riot employee (riot Harrow, I'm thinking of you) to see this tread. I hope I could see this champ in game some time in the feature.
