player side skins....

if this is already possible forgive my ignorance, but ....

In another game I played (tribes) you could either see default skins, allow to see custom skins (whatever the other players set), or set my own skins (so say i have an Ashe skin it would show up TO ME on teammates or enemy; everyone else would see whatever setting they have)

would like to see that in this game. (if not already)
