WHY HAS RIOT NOT DONE THIS

He'll basically be a moving face that smiles every time he gets a kill, but otherwise is stoic.

Passive - K - Every third basic attack against an enemy deals a percent of their maximum health as true damage.

Q - A - Every third basic attack against an enemy deals a percent of their maximum health as magic damage.

W - P - Every third basic attack against an enemy deals a percent of their maximum health as physical damage.

E - P - Skips every first and second basic attack against enemies.

R - A - Makes all enemies permanently more vulnerable to every third basic attack.

Hopefully someone at Riot reads this post and realizes what they've been missing out on.
