Where are the new skins and Pyke?
Hello it is 31st May and it is the day of patch 8.11. I want to ask where is the new skin for Diana and that new champ Pyke... 10q for the answer.

Content like new champions and skins usually don't get implemented right at the start when the patch hits live, they are delayed. In some cases, this can take some days.
However, Riot announced the Bilgewater event coming at 8 am PT. This includes missions which require to have a Pyke in the game and they will add new hextech loot, giving us Bilgewater themed skins and such. Therefore we can assume that both, Pyke and the new skins, will get released at the same time like that event.
Hang in there, if this is true, then you just gotta wait 2 more hours.
