Did they say they are going to bring back the skins? stop being a whiny infront of riot.

It's already Feb, why is Riven's Dragonblade skin not out yet???

It's most likely going to come out later in February. Since the Chinese New Year starts Feb 19th, I'm pretty sure that's when the skin will be available for purchase for a limited time!
