Gragas Mini Icon Bug

Hi there! Big fan for many years and just have a quick potential bug to report with the new mini icon collections! I noticed that there was no mini Gragas icon, and found this quite odd. Seeing as there is a mini Gragas figurine there must be an icon to go along with it, no? Anyways hopefully you guys can check the code and figure this out, as I personally would love a mini Gragas Icon (500k+ mastery points)

Dang, I can't believe this bug exists! I hope its not on purpose, otherwise it would almost be like Riot is FAT SHAMING Gragas, as well as the rest of the League of Legends community. Hopefully, this gets cleared up soon.
