Question about Academy Ahri Skin Availability

So from what I understand, the Academy skins just came out today. I never heard any news about the skins release beforehand. I would buy the skin now, but I just bought a bunch of skins recently and don't want to go out and buy a card just to get one skin. Are the Academy skins only available for a period of time before they disappear for a while? Also, how do you know when a skin is limited time only or only reappears at certain times?

The skins will be out permanently. But you can always check if the skins are limited by going to the league store and after going to the skins tab you can check the "limited availability" box.

Yeah, they are permanent skins, not legacy. They also tell you these things about the skins on the release post.
