Best skins available in PBE?

This may have been posted, but sorry, I couldn't find it... So here is my question: What are some the "most worth" skins available in PBE? I want to see if the skin is nice so I can buy it on my regular NA account. Thanks in advance! ~Also, this is my first post, so I don't know if this is the right section to put it.

You can check them out on surrender@20, and they may be in the 3D model viewer on lolking.
