Champion Summoner Icons and Animated Loading Splashes

Hey, so I recently came up with two ideas that I think players of League would surely enjoy. For starters, when someone owns every skin of a champion, they can unlock a super exclusive summoner icon that features that champion's in game portrait. This way, players with multiple skins feel like they are benefiting from having more than one skin and they can show off their favorite champions with their special icon. Also, for the ultimate skins I feel as if the splash art in the loading screen should also be animated to reflect the splash art in the champion's page. The animations look so nice but we hardly get to see them since they are only on that one screen! Plus for the 3000+ RP it costs for the ultimate skins, I think the players would appreciate an animated splash hard to further compliment all that RP they are spending.
