The model viewer generally doesn't give skins justice - I'd wait until you have a chance to see the skin in game. :]
That concept doesn't even look like Vi.
It is more a generic devil girl with Hellboy arms.
The skin on the PBE is way better as a skin for the Piltover Enforcer.
I didn't know what Vi skin you were talking about and had to go look it up.

The one you posted, however, is a clear Hellboy reference. And I don't like it nearly as much.

The skin on the pbe doesn't even look that bad.
If anything change the skin tone on it to be more red and it's fine.
And maybe change the pants because honestly they look like a recolored version of her classic skin.
The skin isn't even fully out yet..the textures are completely fucked right now.
