teemo skin idea

Name : Teenmo Q Would be him throwing a paper plane W would make him pull a skateboard out and ride it. E would be a Straw with spit balls (poision would be a water dripping affect) Ult would be a whoopie cushion and when you step on it, it makes a fart sound the poision effect would be stink lines. No design yet but i think he would be wearing tennis shoes with shorts on and a tank top muscle shirt with a hoodie on unzipped, with a snapback on turned backwards on his back would be a skateboard (W) His passive would have him zip up his hoodie and pull his hood over his head. tell me if you like it and if you do i'll send it to riot EDIT : if you're willing to sketch what this would look like i would love for help.
