Kalendae, the Angel of the Night

So here's the deal, I was thinking about the concept of stealth and why it's so volatile. Many champs with stealth are just unfair assassins: Shaco Talon Evelynn they swing violently on the balance spectrum. So I thought, what could possibly make it so a champ with long term stealth wouldn't be broken/gimped/underpowered/overpowered. This is where Kalendae comes in.

This is still in progress, but I want the core gameplay to bring utility while being invisible. Her base stats will be very low health;AD, but high mana regen.

Passive: Every 5 times Kalendae affects an allied or enemy unit she becomes invisible for 10 seconds. Cooldown, 10 seconds after stealth wears off. Kalendae can cast abilities and will only come out of stealth if she is seen by true sight or takes enemy champion or turret damage.

Dusk: Kalendae creates a bond visible to all units between herself and target ally or enemy champion. An Allied champion receives healing per second while enemies become incresingly slowed for X seconds and then slowed for the same amount and damaged ( not that much ) if they don't break the bond. Applies Mark of Dawn.

Good Dream: Kalendae fires a skillshot which inspires allied units to attack and move faster. Applies Mark of Dawn.

Dawn: Passive: Good Dream, Dusk, and apply Mark of Dawn. Active: Kalendae fires a skillshot with a large hitbox that ramps up its speed the longer it's in the air. It heals allies and slows enemies, stuns enemies who have the Mark of Dawn, and shields allies with mark of dawn.

Wrath of the New Moon: Passive: Kalendaes heals and shields for an extra X% while stealthed. Active: Kalendaes next time in stealth is 15 seconds long and all her basic abilities are empowered for the duration.

Dusk: Allies are shielded and enemies are slowed for more and rooted at the end. Good Dream: Allies get extra tank stats. Dawn: Stuns for .5 seconds longer.

Kalendae is a support that has high mana costs. Overall she plays similar toJanna but more dynamic and even less damage.

I realize that this is probably super broken, but I had a load of fun making this so feel free to leave constructive criticism below.

It's an interesting concept. I tried to do a similar thing regarding stealth with Akali, though it was more a consequence of the ninja theme than an outright goal. http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/skin-champion-concepts/zGubOAwf-total-akali-overhaul

It does concern me slightly that the stealth isn't designed to be used for offense, as generally, the only reason you'd have to go invisible would be to get close to the enemy or escape. But the more I think about it, the idea of stealthing during fights to continue casting and supporting without the enemy Vi or Rengar being able to burst on you... It's novel, and it's not without merit. All in all, I'd say it's a cool little concept.

I feel like with most champions, their stealth strength is offset by the fact that the moment they do anything, they're revealed. But I feel like Heroes of the Storm does it best in that stealth doesn't necessarily have a time limit (Nova), but you can still be seen as a distortion in the air, and you're knocked out of stealth as soon as you take damage. This allows the other team a chance to counter you with AoEs and skillshots, provided they have the senses to spot you.
