Puppet Master/Toy Maker Champion Idea

I had an idea to create a champion that used marionettes to fight. Also since he is a toymaker he could be the one that makes shaco boxes.

Passive: Puppet Parts - While near a minion or champion that dies the puppet master salvages parts for his puppets. These puppet parts would be used for his abilities and after reaching 100 parts he consumes 50 automatically to temporarily increase puppets attack speed and movement speed

Q: Marionette 1 - If the puppet is not out yet then summons it(cost 10 parts). Control puppet like shaco ult. Self cast to pull yourself to the puppet. Puppet must stay within range if the puppet would go out of range it is dragged at max range. Was thinking this could have hp like a pink ward or zyras plants so they don't get one shot like shaco boxes. also if the puppet takes no damage for 5 seconds then it heals consuming 5 parts per block of hp healed.

W: Retract - Pull the puppet of your choice back to you. To use hold W and press Q or R to select which puppet to bring back. Puppets deal damage to enemies they pass through.

E: Sewn in Poison - Blows up the puppet of your choice dealing damage and slowing enemies hit by the explosion. To use hold E and press Q or R to select which puppet to blow up.

R: - Marionette 2 - Exactly the same as his Q except for a second puppet.
