I'm a huge Twisted Fate fan and main, I do owe some of it's skins but sadly I wasn't around when Underworld TF came out and so I missed opportunity to buy it. I was wonder if there is any way I could get it or if there is a chance of the skin coming back into league shops for limited time (and how likely that is to happen). If any of you have any thoughts about it pleas post bellow and any additional information about it would be great ! :)

Probably around Halloween, for the Harrowing event.
It will probably come back for Harrowing. Just a note though it was ORIGINALLY supposed to be a full-time skin along with Haunted Maokai and Headless Hecarim as skins to celebrate the remake of the 3 v 3 map.
But people bitched because of how the poll was done. See, there were four choses. A) Both sets of skins are limited, B) Harrowing limited, Shadow Isles not, C) Shadow Isles limited, Harrowing not, And D) Neither one limited.
Both sets being limited had the most votes. But if you looked at the answers seperately, more people wanted the Shadow Isles skins to be available year round. (A + C < B + D).
At halloween enderworld tf becomes avilible for roughly a week.
The only other way to recieveit is through mystery skins
