This is the fidget spinner everyone wants.
It is really weird that Riot has not done anything unique or extra appealing with her skills to make more people want to pay for it. It feels like a 975 skin at the moment. Not even a proper recall. I have seen several 975 skins with higher quality, like the Challenger and Championship skins, or Bewitching Morgana.
