Killing a unit with disCHAR!ge refunds half of the cool down and mana cost
Static - W No Cost 18/17/16/15/14 second Cool Down for active Passive: Damaging spells apply a mark that has a 5/6/7/8/9% chance to stun the target for 0.25 seconds upon issuing a movement command or activating an ability. This mark does not stack and if the target already has a mark it does not refresh duration. Mark lasts 3 seconds. Active: Jolt the target dealing 10/20/30/40/50 true damage and stun it for 0.50 seconds. The passive effect is lost while this ability is on cool down. Melee range.
Volt Ramp - E No Cost No Cool Down Passive: Auto attacks reduce the cool down of Aftershock by 1 second and build charges of Thunder (5 charges per auto). Activating an ability expends all charges and deals damage = to amount of charges spent + 0.25 AP. AOE spells damage the target closest to the center only.
VaariBeam - R 100/120/130 Mana 120/100/80 second Cool Down After a short delay blast target area with a tremendous lightning bolt dealing 150/300/600 + 1.0 AP and leaving the area charred dealing 20/40/60 damage per second for 6 seconds to anyone standing in it. The target closest to the center takes full damage and each subsequent target takes 20% reduced damage capping at 40 percent reduced damage.
