Kha is still a possibility for ultimate skin
There was a tweet saying the champion getting the ultimate skin has an a as the 4th letter of one of their abilities. Kha zix's evolved q is called enlarged claws. Still a possibility.

Whew, that was a lot to go through. No, I don't have anything better to do (would be doing ranked, but my internet is a bit wonky atm).
Ok, so you have some with abilities within abilities that may or may not count, and some who have numbers or special characters at the beginning which makes what place "A" takes up for debate.
Champions which have recently gotten new skins are unlikely, imo, such as; Rengar and Nami. Champions with recent VU's, I'm unsure about as well. Champions who got new skins but were really cheap and took (relative to pricey skins) little work to complete such as Debonair Vi and SKT T1 Zyra I think are probably almost equally as likely, but Zyra probably far less likely because even among Legendary skins the effort required to rework all of her plants and abilities is much more than other champions.
I personally would like it to be Diana, Leona, Elise or Zyra.
Kha could get it, but Riot is more likely to make a skin for the most popular champions. Yes Kha is fun and all, but is starting to die down, so champs like Evelynn, Elise, Kog Maw, Vayne, Xerath, and Ryze probably have a more likely chance
Enlarged Claws is the evolution, not the ability.
Lux is going to get the ultimate skin.
He also has Stealth, can jungle, and is an assassin!
