New Skin Idea!

So i have had this idea for a good year now, since the other heart seeker skins have come out its not as good an idea. But its still in my head and i would like to see what people think about it. The skin would be Heart Broken Mundo with reference to the back round of Heart Seeker Vayne. His Q could be the card that he gave to Vayne. His W just many hearts with red fire spinning around him. His E just normal and R could be a cartoon aspect of where his eyes turn into hearts and hearts are just surrounding him. (PS: I am not good at writing at all)
