[Champion Concept] Axel, the aspiring Technologist.

Resource champion, but no mana

Widget: Aggression Mode

Passive- Unrefined technology

Axel's watch, dubbed the widget, automatically borrows a random friendly champions passive every 1 minute. This occurs automatically every minute.

When making movements or auto attacks, widget starts to wind up filling up the resource bar(goes to 100), when at 100, empowers borrowed abilities increasing the damage by 60%, and decreasing the overall cool-down of the ability by 9 seconds. Using an empowered borrowed ability drains the resource bar by 50, and once at 0, widget need 5 seconds to cool-down, during which you can not wind-up.

(This passive does not affect stolen abilities obtained from Protocol: Thievery.)

Axel starts with this at level 1, and can put points into it at levels 6, 11, and 16.

Active

Activates Tactics mode, switching his abilities. Going into tactics mode is instantaneous , swapping out of tactics mode takes 2 seconds.

Passive: Borrowed abilities go under a penalty(this penalty does not affect stolen abilities through Thievery )

40/30/20/10% Damage reduction

6/5/4/3 second cool down added to innate cool-down of borrowed ability.

Q: Protocol: "Borrow"

Axel chooses a friendly champion, suppresing himself and the friendly champion. Over the duration of 3 seconds, Axel analyzes and borrows their last used ability for 5 minutes.

You cannot register multiple abilities that belong to the same slot across q w and e(i.e you cant not have both Ezreals q and Miss fortune's q, if you took Ezreals q first, then took misfortunes q, Miss fortune's q overrides Ezreals q and goes into the q slot, this applies for all slots(q w and e)).

This ability has no cool-down, only the cast time.

You can not steal friendly champions ultimates.

Points in this ability raise the over all skill level of all the abilities borrowed corresponding to the levels inside of Protocol: Borrow.

W- Protocol: Extend

Extends the duration of the borrowed ability. of your choice by 5 minutes. The overall duration of an ability can not surpass 5 minutes.

This process takes two seconds, after which Protocol: Extend goes on a 3/2.5/2/1.5 Minute cooldown.

E- Protocol: Thievery

Axel orders widget to tether him, and a enemy champion , over the duration of 1.75/1.50/1.25/1 second(s), widget downloads the targeted enemy champion's last used ability. If the tether is not broken, the enemy champion becomes stunned for 1.0 seconds, and the ability is downloaded. After which, Axel gains a (x) movement speed boost for 1.5 seconds. Axel must remain in Widget: Tactics mode for the duration of the ability, meaning he can not use abilities, but can auto attack.

The downloaded ability is dependent on the ability last used prior to casting Protocol: Thievery, and abilities used after this does not override what ability is being downloaded

The tether can be broken by moving out of range. If the tether is broken(by either the enemy champion moving out of range, or Axel dying), Protocol: Thievery goes on a 15 second cool-down.

It will take their last used ability for 100/80/60/40 seconds, and take up this slot until the stolen abilities time out, after which Axel can steal another ability. The cool-down of the stolen ability is the exact same of the champion it was stolen from.

Can steal ultimate abilities.

Protocol: Thievery is not affected by his Passive, his ultimate's passive, his Protocol: Borrows' levels, or Protocol: Extend.

The level of this ability is equal to the points the enemy champion placed into it.

You must switch into Widget: Tactics mode to use the stolen ability.

R- Widget: Aggression Mode

Activates Aggression mode, switching his abilities. Going into Aggression takes 2 seconds, swapping out of aggression mode is instantaneous.

The numbers on borrowed and stolen abilities(excluding the base amount the damage does) still has the same ad/ap scaling as usual, and its overall damage will still be based on your personal AD/AP, not the AD/AP of the person you borrowed/stole from at the time of stealing/borrowing.
