Houston The Giraffe
So i had a very very good thought of a new champion, his name would be Houston the giraffe he would be a tank fighter
Lore: Houston was from the great giraffe tribe Jourwon they were a very strong tribe that couldn't be defeated. One day Houston was elected to be leader of the tribe. Eventually, they kicked him out of the tribe and told him to never return. Houston was furious, but his heart would always be with Jourwon. Even though he was out in the wilderness, Houston loves Jourwon, but not in the gay way.
Abilities: Passive: Jourwon Every 3 auto attacks, he deals extra damage, and slows the enemy because they are scared. (8 second cooldown.)
Q: Headbutt 90 mana Houston headbutts a champion, stunning them for .5 seconds. (10 second cooldown, -2 each rank.)
W: Hungry Giraffe 50 mana Houston eats a leaf that gives him a shield and heals him for 10% of missing health. (6 second cooldown, -1 each rank.)
E: Neck Slap 120 mana Passive: Every 4 seconds in combat, Houston gets motivated, and gains movement speed. Active: Houston slaps an enemy with his neck, dealing physical damage, and silences them for a second. (12 second cooldown, -2.5 each rank.)
R: Reign of Jourwon 200 mana So, he calls the giraffes and there is a small cone of giraffes that go across one section of the map. The giraffes can go through impassible terrain and if they hit an enemy champion it will slow that champion for 1 second, and do a small amount of physical damage. When they reach the end of the map, they all do back flips, and come back, do the same slow, but less physical damage. Then the giraffes motivate Houston and give him movement speed. (100 second cooldown, -15 each rank.)

Basic attacks are neck swings.
I really have huge potential in this champ. You can use it for april fools and thats all. If you could use it as an actual champion, that would be quite swell.
