Who think riot should change twisted fate E
I think the E of twisted fate is a bit useless. i think replace it with a life steal card could be better for him

It's not useless at all.... The point of his E is to give him additional burst. When used right, the E coupled with a gold card can do really high burst damage.
I'd rather take away the passive AS and give him an Active Steroid that boosts AS a bit higher then the passive and maybe some MS for dem kites.
