My question is if you have only 1 champ and buy some mystery gifts is it possible to get 100% an Legacy skin?
Example. Corki is it possible to get Urf Corki or Ufo Corki??

No because to be eligible for Mystery Skins: The player receiving the gift must have at least 10 unowned skins that they are eligible to receive for champions they own.
Also the following are impossible to get from a Mystery Skin: Achievement skins, Collector's Edition skins, PAX skins, Rusty Blitzcrank, Urf the Manatee, Championship Riven, Riot Kayle, and Riot Squad Singed. (and UFO Corki is considered an "ACHIEVEMENT LIMITED SKIN")
What do you mean exactly? If Corki was the only champion you own you wouldn't be able to receive a mystery gift since one of the rules is that you need to be able to receive 10 skins. Since Corki only has a handful or skins you wouldn't be able to do it. With your example though since UFO Corki is a Limited Edition skins it's not in the pool of mystery gift skins. Mystery gift are only for skins in the store or under the legacy tag.
